From website visitors: When you submit our trial signup form, we collect your name, email address, and target market preferences (e.g., geographic markets and property types you want to monitor). We also collect standard web analytics data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) via Cloudflare's built-in analytics.

From subscribers: We collect billing information (processed securely by Stripe — we never store your card details), your selected subscription plan, and the market and alert preferences you configure within the DealSignal service.

What we do not collect: We do not collect or store personal information about property owners, LLC members, or any third parties. Our service monitors public government records about properties and entities — not about individuals.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To set up and deliver your CRE deal alert monitoring service.
• To send you email and/or SMS alerts based on your configured market preferences.
• To communicate with you about your account, alerts, and service updates.
• To improve our monitoring accuracy and alert quality.
• To process your subscription payments via Stripe.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except:

• Service providers: Stripe (payment processing), Cloudflare (hosting and security), and SMS delivery providers for Pro subscribers.
• Legal requirements: If required by law, subpoena, or legal process.

4. Public Records Data We Monitor

The alert data we deliver to you is derived entirely from publicly available government records. We do not collect, store, or sell personal data about property owners or third parties. Our data sources include:

• County assessor and property ownership databases
• Municipal and county permit filing systems
• ArcGIS property and parcel data APIs (publicly accessible government APIs)
• Secretary of State entity filing records
• Recorded deed transfers and ownership change filings

This data relates to properties, parcels, and entities — not to our subscribers' personal information. We access only publicly available, government-operated data sources.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure payment processing via Stripe, and Cloudflare's enterprise security infrastructure to protect your data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and preference data for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days. Trial signups are retained for 12 months. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at hello@signalleads.co.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Opt out of marketing communications at any time.
